Job summary

WSP in the UK & Ireland is seeking a PMO professional to join our Programme Solutions team. You’ll support governance, reporting and controls across major infrastructure projects, working with project teams, the PMO Manager and the data analytics function to deliver robust insights.

This role is ideal for someone early in their career, eager to learn, with strong organisation and communication skills, a collaborative mindset, and a passion for delivering value through structured PMO processes

Qualifications

• Experience with structured information, reporting and project data in PMO environments.
• Ability to translate data into meaningful management information for stakeholders.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; exposure to Power BI is advantageous.
• Strong organisation and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Support programme governance activities, including reporting cycles and meetings across stakeholders.
• Maintain structured documentation and audit trails to support transparency and assurance.
• Contribute to PMO process improvements and data quality.
