Job summary

WSP in the United Kingdom is seeking a PMO professional to support programme delivery across major infrastructure projects. You will work with project teams, the PMO Manager and the data analytics function to strengthen governance, reporting and project controls within a data-driven environment.

This role provides hands-on experience with governance dashboards, KPI monitoring and reporting packs, while developing a structured PMO mindset in a collaborative, flexible culture.

Qualifications

• Experience working with structured information, reporting and project data in a PMO environment.
• Experience analysing data to create insights and management information for stakeholders.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; exposure to Power BI is advantageous.
• Understanding of, or strong interest in project, programme or PMO environments.
• Strong organisation and time management skills.
• Clear communication and ability to present information in a structured way.
• Ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders.
• Proactive mindset and willingness to learn and develop.

Responsibilities

• Support programme governance activities, including reporting cycles and meetings.
• Maintain structured documentation and audit trails.
• Ensure outputs align with PMO processes, standards and templates.
• Provide structured information to governance forums for decision-making.
• Collaborate with data analytics to ensure PMO datasets support reporting.
• Assist in day-to-day running of the PMO to maintain a delivery-focused environment.
