Job summary

HOK Consulting - Technical Recruitment Consultancy in Sheffield is seeking a Junior PMO Analyst to support governance, reporting, and coordination within a fast-paced banking environment. The role is hybrid, with three days in the office, and is ideal for someone building a career in PMO and project delivery.

You will gather project data, maintain RAID logs, support governance meetings, and prepare MI and dashboards, while developing skills in Agile, Waterfall, and PRINCE2 practices.

Qualifications

• Experience in PMO, project support, project coordination, or business support.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint with experience producing reports/dashboards.
• Ability to analyse data and present information clearly.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in financial services or regulated environments is desirable.
• Knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, PRINCE2, Power BI, project governance, and RAID management is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Support project and portfolio reporting, dashboards, and MI.
• Gather, validate, and consolidate project data from multiple teams.
• Maintain project documentation, governance records, RAID logs, and action trackers.
• Support governance meetings, including agendas, minutes, and action tracking.
• Analyse project data to identify trends, risks, issues, and delivery performance.
• Prepare presentations and updates for project teams and senior stakeholders.
• Contribute to PMO process improvements and ensure reporting is accurate and delivered on time.
