Job summary

HOK Consulting - Technical Recruitment Consultancy in Sheffield is seeking a Junior PMO Analyst to support governance, reporting, and coordination within a fast-paced banking environment. You will gather project data, maintain RAID logs, support governance meetings, and prepare MI and dashboards, while developing skills in Agile, Waterfall, and PRINCE2 practices.

Qualifications

• Experience in PMO, project support, project coordination, or business support.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint with experience producing reports/dashboards.
• Ability to analyse data and present information clearly.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in financial services or regulated environments is desirable.
• Knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, PRINCE2, Power BI, project governance, and RAID management is advantageous.

Responsibilities
