Job summary

Sellick Partnership is seeking a PMO Analyst to join the PMO team in Bolton, part of a full-time permanent role. You will support governance, portfolio reporting, and PMO operations, ensuring compliance and continuous improvement of PMO processes.

The role requires strong analytical skills, stakeholder engagement, and experience with PMO tools such as ServiceNow and SharePoint. The ideal candidate holds a degree in project management or a related field and has experience in a PMO or project

Qualifications

• Degree or relevant qualification in Project Management, Business, or related discipline.
• Experience in PMO, project support, or coordination.
• Knowledge of governance, controls, and PMO best practices.
• Experience with project portfolio tools such as ServiceNow or similar.
• Experience maintaining SharePoint sites and governance documentation.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder relationships.
• Advanced MS Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

Responsibilities

• Support administration and continuous improvement of PMO systems and tools.
• Maintain and update governance docs, templates, and training materials.
• Review project and portfolio data for governance compliance.
• Support governance meetings and portfolio boards.
• Produce portfolio reports, dashboards, and MI for oversight.
• Collaborate with PMs and stakeholders to improve data quality and governance.
• Identify opportunities to improve PMO reporting, tools, and processes.
• Provide day-to-day PMO administrative and analytical support.
