Job summary

GXO Logistics, Inc. is seeking a PMO Analyst to join the Finance PMO team to support delivery of a Global ERP project. You will assist the Programme Manager with planning, control, monitoring and reporting of IT projects and change.

You will ensure adherence to methodology, coordinate governance, track budgets, manage actions and risks, and help milestones across a hybrid UK-based role with offices in London or Northampton.

Qualifications

• Experience in PMO, project support or programme delivery.
• Excellent organisational and coordination skills.
• Ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Ensure projects adhere to standard methodology and Stage Gates.
• Coordinate change requests and governance with timely delivery.
• Track budgets for projects and changes to stay on target.
• Proactively manage actions, decisions, risks and issues with clear ownership.
• Support planning activities and maintain integrated project plans.
