Job summary

GXO Logistics, Inc. is seeking an experienced PMO Analyst/Coordinator to support a Global ERP delivery within the Finance PMO. You will assist the Programme Manager with planning, control, monitoring, driving and reporting of IT projects and changes.

This is a full-time, 18-month fixed term contract with hybrid working from Northampton or London offices. The role offers a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities to influence project governance.

Qualifications

• Experience in PMO or project support.
• Strong organisational and coordination skills.
• Ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Project Control: Ensure all projects adhere to the standard methodology & Stage Gates
• Change Control: Coordinate change requests and Work Requests with governance
• Budget Regulation: Ensure project and change budgets are tracked and on target
• Action Management: Track actions, decisions, dependencies, risks and issues with clear ownership
• Project Planning & Progress Tracking: Support planning activities and milestone achievement
