Job summary

GXO Logistics is seeking an experienced PMO Analyst to join the Finance PMO team, supporting the delivery of a Global ERP system. You will assist the Programme Manager in planning, controlling, monitoring, driving and reporting on existing IT Projects & IT Change.

This is a full-time, 18-month fixed-term contract with hybrid working from Northampton or London offices. Salary up to £40,000 and 25 days annual leave, plus bank holidays and a broad benefits package including pension, private medical

Qualifications

• Experience in PMO, Project Support or Programme Delivery environments.
• Strong organisational and coordination abilities with ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills.

Responsibilities

• Project Control: ensure projects follow standard methodology and stage gates.
• Change Control: coordinate change requests with governance and timely delivery.
• Budget Regulation: track and manage project budgets to target.
• Action Management: follow up on actions, decisions, risks and issues.
• Project Planning & Progress Tracking: maintain integrated plans and milestones.
