Overall Purpose of the Role

The client is looking to appoint a PMO Analyst to join the Central PMO team within our financial crime transformation programme. This is a dynamic and evolving role where you will play a crucial part in ensuring smooth project execution and effective communication with stakeholders across the bank.

Key Accountabilities
  • Liaising with stakeholders across the bank regarding the transformation programme.
  • Maintaining accurate documentation of project information, including project plans, schedules, budgets, and status reports.
  • Managing general project administration tasks such as: scheduling meetings, sending invites, minute-taking, and distributing relevant documentation.
  • Documenting project milestones accurately.
  • Reporting relevant project data to key stakeholders/groups.
Key Skills
  • Previous project/PMO experience in the banking/financial services industry is ideal.
  • Strong administration and documentation experience in transformation projects.
  • Experience working on transformation programmes in financial crime is advantageous.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite - Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
  • Experience in minute-taking.
  • Self-starter with a strong work ethic.
  • Experience with Navigator is beneficial.
  • Experience in creating calendar views is ideal.
