Legal & General are recruiting! Join our dynamic Group Finance, Change & Delivery team as a PMO Analyst on a 12-month fixed-term contract. As a PMO Analyst, you will play a crucial role in supporting our PMO Leadership Team, ensuring effective governance and processes for our projects and changes.

What you’ll be doing:
  • Supporting the PMO Leadership Team with the development, implementation, and embedding of governance and processes for agreed projects and changes
  • Tracking and reporting project spend and investment approvals
  • Ensuring the delivery status of projects is accurately represented
  • Implementing and maintaining controls across the project portfolio
  • Delivering effective analysis of data to identify themes and areas for improvement
  • Gathering information to produce clear, consistent MI for Senior Management meetings
  • Working closely with stakeholders on resource, supply, and demand processes
  • Leading process improvements and cost reduction efforts
Qualifications

Who we’re looking for:

  • Experience working within an embedded PMO
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies including Waterfall and Agile
  • Strong analytical skills with exposure to financial activities
  • Excellent organisational skills with proficiency in MS Project, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to influence and communicate with senior leaders
  • Proactive approach to reviewing and improving existing processes
  • P3O or equivalent Change Management qualification preferred but not essential
