Personal Assistants (2 to 1 PA position) - Part-Time

About Me

I am a 16-year-old girl living in the Treherbert area of RCT with my Mum, Dad, and two brothers. I enjoy being active and spending time outdoors, especially visiting fair rides and parks. When the weather isn't great, I like activities such as bowling, swimming, and trampolining.

I have SynGAP1 and Global Developmental Delay, and I am looking for Personal Assistant to support me in the community and help me build independence while enjoying activities I love.

Purpose of the Role

The role involves supporting me to access the community by accompanying me to activities of my choice, helping me develop confidence and independence in a safe and enjoyable way.

Hours of Work

6 hours per week per PA (2:1 position)

An increase in hours likely during non-term time

To be worked on the weekend

Pay

£15.70 per hour

£0.40 per mile (for travel)

Additional Information

This is a part-time but formal role; a National Insurance number is required

A trial period will be implemented initially

Wages are paid monthly, with holiday pay entitlement
