Job summary

Evri in Rugby is seeking a hands-on PM Shift Supervisor to lead a busy Returns Centre operation. You’ll manage a team of warehouse operatives on the PM shift, drive performance and ensure orders and returns are processed accurately and on time.

You’ll monitor KPIs, coach staff, support training, maintain health and safety standards, and report on performance. Permanent role with a salary of £31,487 per annum, based at the National Returns Centre, Rugby, working 2:00pm to 10:30pm.

Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse, distribution, logistics or retail operation.
• Ability to lead, coach and supervise others.
• Comfortable working with KPIs and targets.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and motivate your team throughout the shift.
• Monitor productivity, throughput, quality and KPIs.
• Ensure orders and returns are processed accurately and on time.
• Allocate resources and respond to changing priorities.
• Support training, development and performance.
• Maintain health and safety, quality and housekeeping standards.
• Complete reporting and provide performance updates.
• Identify issues and remove barriers to keep the operation on track.
• Look for process improvements to boost productivity.
