Job summary

ArrowXL Limited is recruiting for a Warehouse Operative to join the Airdrie site on a PM shift. You will work 18:00–02:00, 37.5 hours over five days, with a basic hourly rate of £12.71 plus 10% shift allowance and £1.42 extra per hour when shunting. Overtime and extra shifts paid at time and a half; 7th shift paid at double time.

DBS check is mandatory. The role involves picking orders, loading/unloading vehicles, checking paperwork, and safely handling large items within a busy warehouse.

Qualifications

• Experience working in a similar, fast-paced operational environment.
• A positive, can-do attitude and reliable, punctual approach.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Attention to detail and a strong work ethic.
• Ability to prioritise Health and Safety for yourself and colleagues.
• Confidence to work with computer systems (training provided).

Responsibilities

• Picking customers' orders from location.
• Accurately loading and unloading inbound and outbound vehicles.
• Checking paperwork is completed correctly.
• Safely moving and categorising customer items within the warehouse.
• Complying with Health and Safety policies and procedures.
• Working as a team.
• Safely using ArrowXL equipment.
• Maintaining a clean and tidy work environment.
• Representing ArrowXL to the highest standard.
