Job summary

FT Recruitment is seeking a reliable Warehouse Operative in Worcester. The role supports the day‑to‑day running of the warehouse, ensuring goods are received, stored, picked and dispatched accurately and efficiently, with flexible start times and occasional weekend work.

You will join a team, stay safety‑conscious, tidy and organised, and perform loading, unloading and stock checks as required. Full training and ongoing support are provided, with a competitive salary dependent on experience.

About the Role

We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Warehouse Operative to join our team in Stone. The successful candidate will support the day-to-day running of the warehouse, ensuring goods are received, stored, picked and dispatched accurately and efficiently.

This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys working as part of a team, has a strong work ethic and takes pride in maintaining a safe, organised and productive warehouse environment.
