Job summary

JobsTrackR is seeking a hands-on Quality Engineer to join the PM/Night Shift team on a Monday-Thursday schedule. You will own quality across the shift, work with Production and Engineering to identify issues, investigate root causes and keep manufacturing moving.

The role requires experience in a regulated manufacturing environment, with 8D, FMEA, and Control Plans expertise. Expect a hands-on role close to the shop floor with strong ownership and impact.

Qualifications

• Hands-on quality engineer with shop-floor experience.
• Experience in aerospace/regulated manufacturing environments.
• Proficient in 8D, FMEA, Control Plans, and Ishikawa/root-cause analysis.
• Ability to collaborate with Production and Engineering teams.

Responsibilities

• Support Production and Engineering with quality issues and investigations.
• Lead root-cause investigations and corrective actions.
• Carry out and report on product and process qualification testing.
• Monitor quality of incoming/outgoing parts and identify improvements.
• Raise and manage quality notifications and MRB processes.
• Investigate customer returns and determine root causes.
• Review deviations and approve concessions.
• Support verification and validation activities.
• Drive continuous improvement across manufacturing processes.
