Morson, on behalf of a leading European aerospace manufacturer, seeks a Quality Lineside Engineer for the Chester site. Exclusively night shifts, with a 30% uplift on base rate. Responsibilities include disruption management, NC/AM handling, and continuous improvement on the shopfloor.

You will develop essential work documentation, support production teams, and coordinate with support functions to drive efficiency and lead-time reductions.

Formación

• Experience identifying, analysing and resolving technical issues beyond operators/FLMs.
• Maintain end-to-end shopfloor perspective across Production Team and APT.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and LEAN practices.
• Develop, maintain and deliver work documentation to shopfloor technicians.
• Coordinate with support functions to manage NCs, AMs and process disruptions.

Responsabilidades

• Disruption Management – Night shift: identify NCs, create NC notifications, and support resolution.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and escalate issues to relevant teams.
• Analyse industrial processes to evaluate efficiency and effectiveness.
• Assist in WIP/lean activities and contribute to PVF and FA analyses.
