Rise Technical Recruitment is seeking a Plumbing Trainer in Whitstable. The role offers full teacher training, Monday–Friday, 8:30am–5:00pm, and a 42-week contract with a salary of £33,500–£43,000 pro rata.

You’ll teach practical plumbing/heating to learners from Entry Level to Level 2, with apprenticeship support up to Level 3. No prior teaching experience is required as full training and ongoing support are provided to help you transition into education.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 3 in Plumbing or Plumbing & Heating.
• Strong industry experience within Plumbing.
• Previous teaching or training experience desirable but not essential.
• Passion for developing young people.
• Understanding of SEND/EHCP learners would be advantageous.

The organisation has ambitious plans for growth, with continued investment across its College, Apprenticeship and Adult Learning divisions. Following recent successful inspections and increasing learner numbers, they are expanding their Construction department and are looking for an experienced Plumbing professional to join the team.

Previous teaching experience isn't essential. If you're an experienced plumber with an NVQ Level 3 qualification and a genuine passion for helping others, full teacher training and ongoing support will be provided to help you transition into education.

Working Monday to Friday, you'll teach practical plumbing and heating skills to learners studying from Entry Level through to Level 2, while also supporting apprentices working towards Level 3 qualifications.
