Job summary

Rise Technical Recruitment Limited is seeking a Plumbing Instructor in Aylesbury to deliver practical Plumbing sessions and supervise learners in the workshop. No teaching experience is required as full teacher training is provided, with a Monday–Friday schedule and a broad benefits package.

The ideal candidate will have practical Plumbing experience, a Level 2 Plumbing qualification, and a solid understanding of Health & Safety in workshop environments, enabling a long-term career in education.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a large, modern Further Education college that is committed to developing industry professionals into outstanding educators. No previous teaching experience is required, with full support and funded teacher training provided.

In this role, you will work alongside experienced lecturers, delivering practical Plumbing sessions, supporting learners in the workshop, maintaining a safe learning environment and ensuring equipment and resources are prepared for practical activities. You will also supervise learners during practical sessions, reinforce key skills and help students develop the confidence and practical ability needed to succeed in industry.

The ideal candidate will have practical Plumbing experience, a Level 2 qualification or above in Plumbing and a good understanding of health and safety within a workshop or site environment. You will be enthusiastic about developing others and looking for a long-term career in education.

The Role:
