Dovetail and Slate is seeking a Plumbing Technician for a full-time, permanent role at a Cambridgeshire FE college. The Technician will support practical workshops, prepare materials, and ensure safe, well-equipped teaching spaces for students.

Applicants should hold a plumbing-related vocational qualification, have hands-on skills with standard trade tools, and demonstrate strong organisational and communication abilities. Training will be provided for relevant FE settings.

Qualifications

• Relevant vocational qualification in plumbing or a construction-related trade.
• Demonstrable practical skills and strong knowledge of industry-standard tools, equipment, and materials.
• Excellent organisational, communication, and administrative skills with the ability to work on your own initiative.
• Previous technical experience within a Further Education or training environment is advantageous, though full training will be provided.
