Job summary

Camden Facilities Management is seeking an experienced Multi-Skilled Building Services Engineer with a strong focus on commercial plumbing and mechanical maintenance. The role involves planned preventative maintenance, reactive repairs, fault-finding and minor installations across schools, community buildings and corporate properties.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in Plumbing/Mechanical Building Services.
• Strong commercial plumbing and mechanical maintenance experience.
• Experience with heating systems, pumps, calorifiers and pressurization units.
• Experience with both PPM and reactive maintenance.
• Comfortable mentoring an apprentice.

Responsibilities

• Carry out planned and reactive plumbing and mechanical maintenance across various buildings.
• Diagnose and repair faults in commercial plumbing, heating and mechanical systems.
• Service pumps, pressurization units, expansion vessels and valves.
• Repair domestic hot and cold-water systems.
• Assist with water hygiene and Legionella control.
• Complete minor mechanical installation and remedial works.
• Maintain accurate job records in CAFM/mobile systems.
