Rise Technical Recruitment Ltd is seeking a Plumbing & Gas Trainer/Assessor in Cambridge. The hybrid role combines centre-based training with on-site assessments and home-based planning, offering autonomy and flexible scheduling.

Qualifications

• Experience in plumbing and/or gas
• Level 3 qualification in Plumbing or related trade
• Willing to move into training/assessing role

Responsibilities

• Deliver training and support to Plumbing & Gas apprentices
• Carry out workplace assessments on site
• Coach, mentor and support apprentices 1 to 1
• Liaise with employers to support learner progress
• Hybrid role across home, centre and apprentices' workplaces
• Autonomy in planning diary and workload
