Job summary

RNN Group in Rotherham is seeking a Plumbing Skills Tutor to join our Work-Based Learning team. You'll deliver engaging sessions, bridging workshop practice with real-site experience to shape the next generation of plumbers and gas engineers.

The role requires industry experience in Plumbing and/or Gas engineering, NVQ Level 3, and an Assessor Award with a Level 5 teaching qualification or willingness to work towards them.

Qualifications

• Solid experience in Plumbing and/or Gas engineering.
• NVQ Level 3 in plumbing trade.
• A1/V1 Assessor Award and Level 5 Teaching Qualification (or willingness to work toward them).
• Ability to build relationships with diverse learners and partner organisations.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging sessions bridging workshop and site.
• Develop KSBs to meet modern employer needs.
• Conduct on-site performance reviews and assessments.
• Track learner progress through e-portfolios with employers.
