Job summary

RNN Group is seeking a dedicated Apprenticeship Skills Tutor - Plumbing to lead and mentor plumbing apprentices at Rotherham College, with offsite travel across South Yorkshire. The role involves delivering engaging sessions, developing KSBs, and conducting on-site assessments to ensure high professional standards.

You will support learners and employers, track progress via e-portfolios, and contribute to flexible working arrangements within a vibrant education team.

Qualifications

• Industry Roots: Solid experience in Plumbing and/or Gas engineering.
• Trade Credentials: An NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in a relevant plumbing trade.
• The Right Tools: An A1/V1 Assessor Award and a Level 5 Teaching Qualification (or the drive to work toward them with our support!).
• People Skills: The ability to build strong relationships with a diverse range of learners and partner organisations.

Responsibilities

• Support the Journey: Use your industry insight to develop the Knowledge, Skills, and Behaviours (KSBs) that modern employers crave.
