Job summary

Langley College is seeking a proactive assessor to mentor plumbing apprentices across Slough and Langley campuses. You will coach learners to develop skills and behaviours, tracking progress with e-portfolios and Teams to meet funding/audit requirements.

Having Level 3 Plumbing and Heating and an Assessor Award is ideal; gas qualifications are desirable but not essential. Experience in education and a teaching qualification would be advantageous.

Qualifications

• Hold Level 3 Plumbing and Heating or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Coach and mentor plumbing apprentices across Slough and Langley campuses.
• Conduct regular progress reviews with learners and employers.
• Utilise e-portfolios and Microsoft Teams to track development and ensure compliance.
• Support readiness for end point assessments.
