Job summary

The Windsor Forest Colleges Group is seeking a full-time, permanent Plumbing Technical Tutor to join the Apprenticeship Department at Slough & Langley College. You will coach learners to develop skills, knowledge and behaviours, helping them succeed in the workplace and complete end point assessments.

You will work closely with apprentices and employers, conducting progress reviews and using digital tools like e-portfolios and Microsoft Teams to track development and ensure funding and audit

Qualifications

Must have Level 3 Plumbing & Heating qualification and ideally an Assessor Award (CAVA/A1) or willingness to work towards one.
Gas qualifications (CCN1/CENWAT) desirable but not essential.
Experience coaching apprentices in a training or education environment is valued.

Responsibilities

Coach and mentor a caseload of Plumbing apprentices across Slough & Langley campuses.
Conduct regular progress reviews and track development.
Use digital tools to monitor performance and ensure funding/audit compliance.
