Job summary

Windsor Forest Colleges Group is seeking a Plumbing Technical Tutor to mentor and support Plumbing apprentices across Slough and Langley campuses. The role focuses on coaching learners to develop skills and achieve end point assessments, with regular progress reviews and use of digital tools to track development.

Ideal candidates hold Level 3 Plumbing & Heating, possibly an Assessor Award, and may have CCN1/CENWAT.

Qualifications

Level 3 Plumbing & Heating qualification required.
Assessor Award (CAVA/A1) or willingness to work towards.
Gas qualifications CCN1/CENWAT are desirable but not essential.
Teaching qualification is advantageous for role.

Responsibilities

Support and mentor a caseload of Plumbing apprentices across Slough & Langley campuses.
Coach learners to develop skills, knowledge and behaviours for workplace readiness.
Conduct regular progress reviews and track development using digital tools.
Ensure compliance with funding and audit requirements through documentation and reviews.
