South Tyneside Council is seeking four Plumbers to join the Property Services Team to deliver plumbing works across housing and commercial properties in the South Tyneside area.
The role involves 1st/2nd fix installations, repairs and maintenance within social housing and commercial buildings, with an emphasis on safety, quality and customer service.
(Unit 4 – Middlefields Industrial Estate)
£34,811 pa with the addition of a temporary Market Forces Supplement of £2,142 (This supplement is awarded in recognition of current market conditions and is subject to review)

As a Plumber, you will play a key role in delivering a wide range of plumbing works across occupied and vacant properties, as well as supporting projects within both domestic and commercial settings throughout South Tyneside.
