Job summary

Kingdom Group is seeking a Plumber to join the Asset Operations Team in Glenrothes, ensuring high-quality maintenance and repairs across properties, offices and facilities. The role supports our mission of Great Homes, Services, People, and Communities and involves on-call duties and customer-focused service.

You will perform routine and emergency repairs, contribute to void property works, and collaborate across teams to maintain homes in our portfolio.

Qualifications

  • 4-year apprenticeship (SCQF 7) with SNIPEF plumbing and electrical federation.
  • Ability to carry out multiskilled work, including basic joinery.
  • UK driving licence required (Company Vehicle Driver).

Responsibilities

  • Work as part of the Asset Operations Team to deliver plumbing maintenance and repair work in Kingdom Group properties, offices and other buildings.

The Role

As a Plumber, you will:

  • Work as part of the Asset Operations Team to deliver exceptional customer service and experience.
  • Carry out all required plumbing maintenance and repair work in our properties, offices and any other buildings.
  • Participate in the emergency on call rota.

You will provide routine and emergency repairs in our customers' homes, change of tenancy repairs in void properties and other categories of repairs and minor works in our properties and staff bases.

About You

We’re looking for someone who meets the following criteria:

  • 4 year apprenticeship (SCQF 7) + City and the Guilds for the Scottish and Northern Island Plumbers and Electrical Federation (SNIPEF)
  • The ability to carry out multiskilled work, including basic joinery work.
  • Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team.
  • This post is designated a Company Vehicle Driver status, this means you are required to have a full UK driving licence.
