Job summary

Metropolitan Thames Valley in South London is seeking a Plasterer to join our social housing team. The role is 40 hours per week, typically 8am–6pm, with a salary of £37,445–£39,415 and a van provided for working hours.

You should have NVQ2 or equivalent trade experience, plus experience in social housing or a local authority environment. A full UK manual driving licence is required; DBS checks will be carried out after offer.

Salary: £37,445- £39,415

Working hours/pattern: 40 hours per week between 8am - 6pm.

Requirements

Experience

• Previously worked in a social housing or local authority environment
• Relevant NVQ2 qualification or equivalent trade experience

Driving

• A full UK manual driving licence (you will provided with your own Metworks van for working hours).
• A minimum of one year of significant driving experience. (MTVH reserves the right to withdraw an offer of employment if company fleet policy is unable to secure adequate insurance.)
