Job summary

ARC GROUP is seeking a reliable plumber to join our client, a social housing maintenance contractor, covering Grantham and Melton Mowbray. You will perform maintenance and repair work in occupied and void properties, including full kitchen and bathroom fits, patch plastering, painting and decorating, and general property upkeep.

This role involves on-site work within social housing properties, with a daily rate of £180 and mileage contribution.

Qualifications

• Experience in social housing maintenance and repairs.
• Ability to carry out kitchen and bathroom fittings.
