Tech-People is recruiting an experienced Maintenance Plumber to join a commercial building maintenance team in Hull. This is a static, on-site role for a maintenance technician with a plumbing bias.

The successful candidate will carry out planned and reactive maintenance, ensuring plumbing systems and building services operate safely and efficiently. The role offers 45 hours per week (7:30am - 5:00pm) with a start date of Monday 19th October 2026.

Formación

• Commercial building maintenance experience is required.
• Legionella Awareness Level 2 certificate is essential.
• Good health and safety knowledge is required.
• Reliable, professional and able to work independently.
• Available to start on 19 October 2026.

Responsabilidades

• Carry out planned preventive maintenance (PPM) and reactive plumbing repairs.
• Diagnose faults and undertake repairs to commercial plumbing systems.
• Maintain taps, valves, pipework, sanitaryware and fittings.
• Carry out routine inspections and identify potential maintenance issues.
• Follow health and safety procedures and maintain service records.
• Support general building maintenance duties where required.
• Work in line with water hygiene procedures and legionella control requirements.

Pay Rates:
PAYE: £19.00 per hour
Umbrella PAYE: £24.74 per hour

What We Offer

• £19.00 per hour PAYE or £24.74 per hour Umbrella PAYE, no cis payment
• 45 hours per week.
• Minimum 1-month assignment, with potential for extension.
