Job summary

Amey is offering a permanent Plumber role at HMP Swansea. The position is 39 hours per week (8-5 Monday to Thursday, 8-4 Friday). There is a requirement to work 1 in 3 weekends on a rota basis, with an additional allowance of 15% of the basic salary.

The base salary ranges from £30,866 to £36,135 depending on experience. You will join our Facilities Management team supporting His Majesty's Prison and Probation Service (HMPPS) across prisons in England and Wales.

Responsibilities

• Routine and non-routine maintenance.
• Mains water supply repairs.
• Fault finding and repairs of life-expired equipment.
• Inspections, water sampling and risk assessment.
