Job description

Plumber needed in Oldham

The rate is £13.95ph PAYE.

This is a temporary role.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Ensure the Planned Preventative Maintenance programme is completed in line with specifications and Work Packages.
2. Perform routine and non-routine maintenance.
3. Conduct fault finding.
4. Identify life-expired equipment.
5. Check, repair, and make good faults and life-expired equipment.
6. Carry out inspections, water sampling, and risk assessments.
7. Perform mains water supply repairs.
8. Ensure all works are carried out to the highest safety standards and in accordance with method statements.
9. Minimise wastage and continually improve processes.
10. Ensure statutory works are completed on time and are compliant.
11. This role may include working at height and in all weather conditions.
