Your Role: Water Hygiene Technician

As a Water Hygiene Technician, you’ll play a critical role in ensuring safe, compliant water systems across a wide range of customer sites. You’ll be on the front line—testing, monitoring, maintaining, and representing our values wherever you go.

What You’ll Do

• Perform routine monitoring in line with ACOP L8

• Take water samples and maintain detailed logbooks

• Clean and disinfect water systems following technical guidelines

• Test, service, and maintain thermostatic mixing valves (TMVs)

• Handle basic plumbing remedials

• Respond to customer queries and complete clear, accurate documentation

• Work safely and represent our brand with professionalism

What You’ll Bring

• Plumbing or water systems background (a big plus!)

• Experience in legionella monitoring or water treatment is desirable

• Strong organisational skills and the ability to meet deadlines

• Basic IT skills (Microsoft Office preferred)
