Duties include plumbing installation, maintenance, repairs, and working within occupied properties, including bathroom and kitchen installations. You will interact with tenants and collaborate with other trades, ensuring high-quality workmanship and reliability.

Qualifications

• Relevant plumbing qualifications required.
• Domestic plumbing experience in social housing/refurbishment.
• CSCS/JIB card where applicable.
• Own tools and PPE must be provided by the candidate.
• Good communication skills are essential.
• Reliable and professional approach is required.
• Experience working in occupied properties is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Carry out plumbing installation and maintenance works.

• Plumbing installation and maintenance works
