Job summary

Mark May is seeking an experienced Reactive Maintenance Plumber to join our team. The role covers reactive plumbing maintenance across domestic properties in London and surrounding areas, with overtime opportunities and a company van and fuel card.

You will diagnose and repair faults, install hot water cylinders, replace showers and pumps, and carry out minor electrical works where qualified. Ongoing social housing work and a clear route to career progression are on offer.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 2 in Plumbing (or above) is required.
• Full UK Driving Licence is required.
• Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills are essential.
• Experience in domestic plumbing and minor electrical works is preferred.
• Social housing experience is desirable but not essential.
• Experience working within occupied properties is essential.

Responsibilities

• Carrying out reactive plumbing maintenance across domestic properties.
• Diagnosing and repairing plumbing faults, including leaks and toilet repairs.
• Installing vented and unvented hot water cylinders.
• Replacing electric showers, shower pumps and waste pumps.
• Carrying out minor electrical works where qualified.
