They offer a salary up to £35,360 per year plus a van and fuel card, and a full-time permanent contract. A valid UK driving licence and a clean DBS are essential.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as Plumber, Wet Worker, or similar maintenance role.
• Experience with cylinders, heating systems, radiator works and powerflushing.
• Social housing, maintenance, or domestic plumbing experience.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Ability to work independently and manage workload.
• Strong customer-focused attitude.
• Clean DBS.

Responsibilities

• Carrying out domestic plumbing repairs and maintenance.
• Working on hot water cylinders, immersion heaters, and pipework.
• Powerflushing radiators and heating systems.
• Wet worker duties on heating systems, including radiator replacements and pipework alterations.
• Diagnosing and repairing leaks, blockages, and faulty plumbing installations.
• Installing and repairing taps, toilets, sinks, baths, and showers.
• Delivering high-quality plumber and wet worker services within occupied social housing properties.
