Job summary

Randstad CPE is recruiting a Qualified Plumber to support social housing contracts across Lincoln and surrounding areas. You will perform reactive repairs, install sanitary ware, and carry out routine plumbing tasks within domestic properties, ensuring high standards of service in residents’ homes.

Applicants should hold City & Guilds / NVQ Level 2 in Plumbing & Heating, possess a full UK driving licence, and have solid domestic plumbing experience.

Responsibilities

Are you an experienced, qualified Plumber looking for a stable, permanent role with a leading social housing provider? We are currently recruiting a Multi-Skilled Plumber to join a dedicated maintenance team operating across Lincoln.

Main Responsibilities:

• Carry out reactive plumbing repairs, maintenance, and fault finding across domestic properties.

• Execute sanitary ware repairs and replacements, pipework fixes, radiator work, and routine plumbing tasks.

• Perform routine inspections, water testing, and remedial maintenance.

• Provide clean, efficient, and friendly customer service directly within resident's homes.

Requirements:

• Qualifications: City & Guilds / NVQ Level 2 (or equivalent time-served experience) in Plumbing & Heating.

• Driving License: Full UK Driving License (essential for company van usage).

• Experience: Proven background in domestic plumbing repairs, maintenance, or social housing environments.

• Work Ethic: Strong problem-solving skills, punctual, and reliable.
