Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated in London is seeking a skilled Site Plumber to join our established engineering team at a central London site on the Strand. You will work autonomously and with approved contractors to maintain commercial plumbing systems and site fabric services to high standards.

The role requires qualifications in plumbing, knowledge of HSE, and ability to perform reactive repairs, maintenance, and documented compliance.

Qualificações

• Qualified plumber with City & Guilds/NVQ Level 3 or equivalent.
• Knowledge of health & safety regulations in a facilities environment.
• Experience with commercial plumbing systems and building fabric services.

Responsabilidades

• Execute reactive maintenance repairs across the site with minimal disruption.
• Perform plumbing tasks including toilet/basin repair, taps, heaters, pipework, pumps and radiator work.
• Complete planned preventive maintenance and document remedial works in CAFM.
• Ensure compliance with health & safety procedures and site QA requirements.
• Collaborate with client-approved contractors to ensure seamless service delivery.
