Job summary

Infinitive Resources is recruiting experienced Commercial Plumbers to work across London’s commercial buildings. The role covers planned and reactive maintenance, installations and repairs, including work within plant rooms and TfL sites.

You will perform pipework installations, repairs, and preventative maintenance on hot and cold-water systems, reading drawings and ensuring TfL safety standards. Travel between stations may be required, with a 4-on 4-off shift pattern.

Qualifications

• Previous experience working as a commercial plumber.
• Relevant plumbing qualifications.
• Good knowledge of commercial hot and cold-water systems.
• Ability to complete planned and reactive maintenance tasks.
• Comfortable working within operational stations, depots and public environments.

Responsibilities

• Carrying out commercial plumbing installation, maintenance and repair work.

Job Description: We are currently recruiting experienced Commercial Plumbers to work across a range of commercial buildings throughout London. The role will involve planned and reactive plumbing maintenance, installations and repairs, including work within plant rooms.

Key Responsibilities

• Carrying out commercial plumbing installation, maintenance and repair work
• Working within plant rooms across TfL stations and depots
• Installing, repairing and replacing commercial pipework systems
• Working on copper, steel, plastic and other commercial pipework
• Maintaining and repairing pumps, valves, expansion vessels and associated equipment
• Installing and replacing sanitaryware, taps, toilets, basins and drainage components
• Investigating leaks, blockages, pressure issues and system faults
• Carrying out planned preventative maintenance and reactive repairs
• Performing basic fault finding on hot and cold-water systems
• Working on heating, water distribution and boosted water systems
• Reading drawings, specifications and work instructions
• Completing work to the required TfL and site safety standards
• Providing clear updates on completed work and any additional defects identified
• Keeping plant rooms and work areas clean, safe and organised
• Working closely with site supervisors, engineers and other trades
• Travelling between TfL stations and depots when required

Requirements
