An environmental compliance firm in Exeter is seeking a Plumber for a permanent, full-time position. You will perform preventative maintenance, plumbing repairs, and ensure compliance across various facilities. Job description
Overview

You\'ll get 22 days of holiday plus bank holidays, which increases to up to 25 days with years of service. This is a permanent, full-time position working 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday. As a Plumber, you will ensure our clients\' facilities remain safe and compliant.

Responsibilities
  • Performing planned preventative maintenance (PPM) on plumbing systems to a high standard.
  • Undertaking tank replacements and plumbing repairs in various commercial and domestic environments.
  • Conducting water sampling and temperature monitoring.
  • Responding to reactive maintenance tasks, diagnosing and resolving issues across commercial plumbing systems.
  • Installing, repairing, and maintaining various plumbing fixtures, TMVs, pipework modification, and removing dead legs.
What we are looking for / Qualifications
  • City & Guilds Level 2 in Plumbing (or equivalent).
  • Ideally G3 Unvented Hot Water Systems certification.
  • Proven experience in commercial plumbing and routine water hygiene tasks.
  • Experience with building services, facilities management, or environmental consultancy is also a bonus.
  • Full UK driving license is essential.
