Magna Housing Limited is seeking a highly motivated Plumber to join our Building Safety Compliance and Home Services team. You will carry out plumbing repairs and related trades in customers' homes, delivering work to a high standard and in line with current legislation.

From initial reporting to job completion you will be committed to exceptional customer service. The role includes participating in an Out of Hours rota approximately every 8–10 weeks, with standby pay.

Formación

• Time served apprenticeship or C&G/NVQ Level 3 in plumbing.
• Experience with multi-skilled trades (e.g. carpentry).
• Hold a full driving license.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks.
• Basic IT literacy; role uses an iPad to receive and complete jobs.
• Experience in a housing association or similar responsive service environment is advantageous.
• Post-qualification experience: at least 1 year.

Responsabilidades

Magna have exciting opportunity for a highly motivated Plumber to join our Building safety Compliance and Home Services team. In this role, you will be responsible for carrying out plumbing repairs and other trade related works in our customers' homes. By joining our team, you will work alongside dedicated individuals who are committed to delivering an exceptional customer experience and contributing to our success.

From the initial reporting of the job to completion, you will play a key part in delivering the work to a high standard and within current legislation.

You will take part in the Out of Hours Rota approximately once in every 8 - 10 weeks, for which you will receive an additional standby pay allowance.

• Time served apprenticeship or C&G/NVQ Level 3 in plumbing, with a minimum of 1 year's post qualification experience.
• Associated multi-skilled trades (e.g. carpentry).
• You must hold a full driving license.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and take ownership for one's tasks.
• You will need basic IT literacy skills, as the role utilises an iPad to receive and complete jobs.
• Experience within a housing association or a similar responsive service environment would be considered advantageous.
• This post is subject to a basic level DBS check. (Disclosure and Barring Service).
