Link Contracting Services Ltd is seeking a motivated Plumber to join an Award Winning team delivering maintenance, planned works, M&E and compliance across sites. The role requires a background in FM, a valid UK driving licence, and a commitment to safety and quality.

On-call duties are included with a capped frequency. The position offers a 40-hour week, a company vehicle for business use, uniform and PPE, pension contributions, and ongoing training prospects in a supportive, family-run

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in plumbing.
• Experience in FM with a background in retail and public building sectors.
• Proven ability to work independently.
• Handyman experience preferred.
• Possess a valid clean UK driving licence.
• CSCS/ECS Card certification preferred.
• IPAF & BAND certifications preferred.
• Prioritise safety and quality in all your work.
• Meet project deadlines and budgets.
• Keep accurate records of completed tasks.
• Participate in a weekly on-call rota (Monday to Monday) with a frequency of no more than once every four weeks.

We are seeking a highly motivated Plumber to help us serve our sites. Bring your training and attitude to help us deliver projects on-time, in budget and as instructed.

What you’ll bring to the table:

• Experience in FM with a background in retail and public building sectors.

In return, you’ll receive:

• Basic Salary of £30,513.00 to £33,280.00. (overtime available if wanted)
• 40 hour week
• A on-call Standby payment of £75.00 - Any callouts received paid door to door at overtime rate
