You will carry out responsive repairs and maintenance in social housing properties, diagnose faults, and complete sanitary ware installations, always prioritising safety and customer service.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Plumber in domestic repairs and maintenance.
• Social Housing experience is highly desirable.
• Strong knowledge of responsive repairs and maintenance.
• Ability to diagnose faults and complete plumbing repairs independently.
• Full UK Driving Licence and the ability to travel across Bedfordshire.

Responsibilities

• Carrying out responsive plumbing repairs and maintenance across social housing properties in Bedfordshire.
• Diagnosing and repairing a wide range of domestic plumbing faults, ensuring work is completed to a high standard.
• Completing repairs to sanitary ware, taps, toilets, baths, showers, pipework and associated plumbing systems.
• Working safely within occupied properties while providing a professional and customer-focused service.
• Completing all required paperwork and ensuring jobs are completed efficiently and in line with company standards.

Plumber required for a leading Housing Association in Bedfordshire. This is a fantastic permanent opportunity for an experienced Plumber looking for long-term stability, excellent benefits and the opportunity to work across a well-established social housing contract.

The Role
