About Our Client

A private practice based in the West Midlands.

Job Description

This role could suit a Solicitor who is looking to work in a different type of environment - away from very high volume property work. You\'ll be working in a small Development team, assisting the Director on the Plot Sales aspects of transactions. The firm is not a large practice so it represents a potential opportunity to move away from the very large firms who specialise in this type of work. The firm has a very friendly and supportive culture and their Development offering has grown over the last 18 months. The team acts for a mix of developer clients and manages the process from start to finish. There are Legal Assistants, as well as an experienced fee earner who manages the admin side of the Plots work. The firm are looking for somebody who is ideally a qualified solicitor with experience in Plots work who is looking to take a hands-on approach. It\'s a great chance to join a firm with an excellent culture - it\'s an open plan office with lots of support and development from the Directors.
