Job description

My client, a niche law firm based in central Bristol, is seeking a Chartered Legal Executive or Conveyancer to assist primarily with plot sales (exchanges, completions, and post-completions) for developers involved in some of the largest developments in the UK (ranging from 50 to 2000 units). The role may also involve some other matters such as residential sales and purchases for individuals, as well as basic management tasks like licenses for alterations or assignments. However, approximately 80% of the work will focus on development sales.

Experience:

All candidates must have at least 2 years of experience in residential plot sales, with a solid understanding of the conveyancing process. They should be capable of managing their own development sales files from start to finish, including exchanges and completions, and handling all enquiries from purchasers' solicitors and clients.
