Job summary

Safran Seats is seeking a PLM Project Director to define and lead Windchill PLM deployment across three business units in France, the UK, and the United States. You will collaborate with stakeholders to drive the program from business requirements through full implementation.

The role requires senior leadership, strong PLM experience, and a strategic, structured approach to delivering a multi-site transformation with effective change management and governance.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) systems and processes.
• Experience deploying PLM solutions; Windchill a plus.
• Ability to define requirements and manage large-scale transformation programs.
• Strategic thinking with structured problem-solving and planning.
• Excellent communication across multiple levels of the organisation.
• Ability to lead and influence teams in a matrix organisation.

Responsibilities

• Provide strong technical and functional leadership across the project scope.
• Build and lead a multidisciplinary team to support PLM deployment.
• Coordinate all workstreams within the PLM transformation plan.
• Ensure adequate resources and alignment with final target solution.
• Emphasise change management and communication plans.
• Manage project risks and opportunities and capture lessons learned.
