TEC Partners Limited is recruiting a PLM Consultant / Architect for a UK-wide hybrid role. You’ll design and implement PLM solutions, working across the full lifecycle from early design to deployment, with Windchill as a core platform.

You’ll engage closely with customers to shape requirements, deliver scalable PLM architectures, and contribute to pre‑sales support within a collaborative, long‑term growth environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience in PLM consulting or architecture.
• Strong experience with Windchill (or similar PLM platform).

PLM Consultant / Architect
UK Wide | Hybrid (1 day per month in Cambridge or Manchester)
£60,000 – £75,000 + Bonus

The Role

This is a hands-on PLM Consultant / Architect position working across the full project lifecycle, from early-stage solution design through to implementation and optimisation.

You’ll work closely with customers to understand complex engineering and business challenges, shaping and delivering scalable PLM solutions.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Engaging with stakeholders to define PLM strategy and requirements
• Designing and architecting PLM solutions aligned to business needs
• Leading or contributing to implementations and system integrations
• Customising and configuring PLM platforms (particularly Windchill)
• Supporting pre‑sales activities, demos and solution proposals
• Working as part of a highly collaborative, experienced consultancy team
