Job summary

TEC Partners Limited is recruiting a PLM Consultant / Architect for a UK-wide hybrid role. You’ll design and implement PLM solutions, working across the full lifecycle from early design to deployment, with Windchill as a core platform.

You’ll engage closely with customers to shape requirements, deliver scalable PLM architectures, and contribute to pre‑sales support within a collaborative, long‑term growth environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience in PLM consulting or architecture.
• Strong experience with Windchill (or similar PLM platform).
• Experience across solution design, configuration and deployment.
• Ability to engage technically and commercially with customers.
• Self-driven, consultative mindset.

Responsibilities

• Define PLM strategy and requirements with stakeholders.
• Architect and design PLM solutions aligned to business needs.
• Lead or contribute to implementations and integrations.
• Configure and customize PLM platforms (Windchill focus).
• Support pre-sales activities, demos and proposals.
• Collaborate with a senior consultancy team.
