Job summary

Convatec is expanding with a new state-of-the-art PLM program in Manchester, aimed at stitching Teamcenter, Polarion and other systems into a single digital thread supporting product development, quality, regulatory and operations. The PLM Program Manager will own the transformation roadmap, business case and benefit realization across IT, process owners and implementation partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related discipline.
• 7+ years of program management experience in regulated environments.
• Experience in medical device, life sciences, or regulated manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Lead the business-side PLM transformation program, including roadmap management, governance, risk management and benefits realization.
• Build and communicate the PLM business case with ROI and value tracking.
• Translate enterprise PLM roadmap into executable work packages with IT and partners.
• Drive adoption, change management and governance across functions.
